From your drawing to a packed carton
Seven stages. Each one ends with something you can look at — a price, a photograph, a physical sample, an inspection report — before it moves on. Most orders spend about two weeks in the first four stages and four to five weeks in the last three.
Quotation
Send artwork, a finished height and a rough quantity. Within 12 working hours you get a unit price at two or three quantity breaks, a fabric proposal and a lead time. No account needed, no minimum enquiry value.
Pattern drafting
A pattern maker rebuilds your character as flat panels, deciding where the seams fall so the silhouette survives at the finished size. This is the stage that decides whether the sample looks like your drawing.
Fabric and trim selection
We photograph shortlisted swatches beside your artwork in daylight and send them over. Pantone references where you have them; physical swatches couriered when the colour is critical.
Sample making
One sewn sample, photographed from six angles and weighed. Typically ready in 7 to 10 days. Most designs take one or two revisions after this, and each round is three or four days.
Approval and pre-production
You sign the sample off in writing. We seal a golden sample here, prepare the bulk cutting markers, order fabric to quantity and book the line. Nothing is cut before your approval lands.
Bulk production
Cutting, embroidery, sewing, stuffing, closing and trimming — 25 to 35 days for most quantities. Progress photographs go out at first-off, mid-run and completion, so you are never guessing.
Inspection and shipping
Needle detection on every unit, AQL 2.5 final inspection, then packing to your carton specification. We arrange FOB Shenzhen or Yantian, or hand the goods to your own forwarder.

What to send us
Less than people expect. A photograph of a pencil sketch is a legitimate starting point and we quote from those every week. If you have production-ready files, so much the better — but do not wait until you do.
- A drawing, sketch, photograph or 3D render — more angles help, but one is enough
- AI, EPS, PSD, PDF, PNG or JPG; vector preferred for logos and lettering
- The finished height in centimetres, or an object to compare it against
- A rough quantity, even as a range — the price band depends on it
- Pantone references for any colour that has to be exact
- Your packing needs: polybag, hangtag, gift box, barcode or retail-ready carton
Packing and shipping
Plush is light and bulky, so freight is priced on volume rather than weight. We compress and pack to the smallest safe carton, and we will tell you before production whether sea, air or courier makes sense for your quantity.
- Individual polybag carrying the safety warnings your market requires
- Hangtags, woven labels, care labels and barcodes applied in-house
- Export cartons marked to your specification, palletised on request
- FOB Shenzhen or Yantian, CIF, DDP, or collection by your own forwarder
- Sea freight 25–35 days, air freight 5–8 days, express courier 3–5 days
- Full carton dimensions and gross weights supplied before the shipment books

A rough sketch photographed on a phone is enough to begin. Tell us the finished height and roughly how many you need, and a costed quotation comes back within 12 working hours.
