Between 50 and 150 USD depending on the size and how much decoration it carries, plus courier. The charge is deducted from your first bulk invoice, so an order that goes ahead ends up paying nothing for sampling.
Quotation within 12 working hours. First sample 7 to 10 days once the artwork is settled. Revisions three or four days each. Bulk 25 to 35 days from your written approval — longer between September and November, when everyone is building for the holidays.
A 10 cm charm at a thousand pieces usually lands between 1.20 and 2.50 USD. A 25 cm stuffed animal between 3.50 and 7. Anything with removable clothing, wired limbs or heavy embroidery sits above that. We will not guess in public — send a drawing and a quantity and you get a real number.
Whatever you have. A photograph of a sketch is enough to quote from and enough to start the pattern. AI, EPS, PSD, PDF, PNG and JPG all work; vector is only genuinely necessary for logos and lettering that has to stay sharp at small sizes.
You do. Your artwork stays yours, the pattern drafted from it is made for your order alone, and we do not resell, publish or show your design to another buyer. Photographs of finished work appear on this site only where the customer has agreed.
Yes, with the licence in place. Send the licensor’s style guide and approval requirements with your enquiry and we will build the approval samples and pre-production reports the agreement asks for. We do not produce licensed characters without written authorisation.
They are built to. Locked eyes pull tested at 90 N, reinforced seams, EN71-3 compliant fill, needle detection on every unit. Certification itself is a test report on the finished goods, arranged through SGS, TÜV or Intertek and charged at cost — tell us your market and we will quote it with the order.
30% deposit to start bulk production, 70% against the bill of lading copy before shipment. Bank transfer, or PayPal and credit card for sample charges and small orders. Regular repeat customers can move onto terms after a few completed orders.
Yes. FOB Shenzhen or Yantian is the default and usually the cheapest if you have a forwarder. We also quote CIF and DDP door delivery, and we will hand the goods to your own agent if you would rather control the freight.
Hangtags, woven labels, care and content labels, barcodes, polybags with the correct warnings, gift boxes and retail-ready cartons are all handled in-house or through printers we use regularly. Send your packaging artwork along with the toy artwork.
Photograph the problem and send it within 30 days of arrival. Where a lot fails against the approved sample or the AQL we agreed, we remake the affected pieces or credit them. That is written into our terms, not offered case by case.
