Custom plush keychains and bag charms

Between 8 and 15 cm, a plush charm is the lowest-cost item that still carries a whole character. Because it is small, the face has to be simplified rather than shrunk: embroidery where a printed line would blur, appliqué where embroidery would crowd. That redrawing happens before we quote, and it is why our charms still read at arm’s length.

Custom stuffed animals and teddy bears

The traditional soft toy is the hardest thing to get right, because everyone already knows what a bear should feel like. Weight distribution, how far the limbs fall when it is set down, whether the head holds its angle — none of that shows in a drawing. So we sew it, weigh it, sit it on a bench and photograph it before you commit to anything.

Custom brand and sports mascot plush

A mascot plush is judged against a character your audience already knows, so the tolerance for drift is close to zero. We work from your brand sheet rather than a photograph: Pantone-matched fabric, embroidered wordmarks sized to stay legible, and colour approval on physical swatches before a single body panel is cut.

25–35 days
  • Pantone-referenced fabric matching with physical swatch approval
  • Embroidered or woven-label brand marks and squad numbers

Custom novelty and object plush toys

This is the line for shapes a teddy bear pattern cannot help with: a carved pot standing on jointed legs, an aircraft, a wrapped sweet, a character in a printed dress. A hard object has to keep its proportions while every edge turns into a seam, and half of these pieces are built to come apart. Food plush belongs here too — hot pots with removable skewers, boucle fruit, sherpa buns.

MOQ
100 pcs
Typical size
10–40 cm
Sample time
7–10 days
Bulk lead time
25–35 days
  • Velcro, magnet and snap-fit removable components
  • Hidden internal frames where a shape has to stand up on its own
  • Boucle, sherpa, minky and printed short pile for material realism
  • Zips and concealed pockets for coin-purse or storage versions
  • Surface finishing suitable for any part a child may mouth
  • Restaurant chains and food brand merchandise
  • Museum, attraction and transport souvenirs
  • Novelty gift and homeware ranges
  • Campaign and promotional giveaways

Custom cloth dolls and character figures

A cloth doll is closer to a small garment project than to a soft toy. The body is plain; everything the buyer looks at is the face, the hair and the clothes. We embroider or hand-paint the face, weft and style the hair on the head rather than gluing a wig to it, and sew the outfit as separate removable pieces — so a collector range can share one body across a dozen characters.

MOQ
100 pcs
Typical size
10–30 cm
Sample time
7–10 days
Bulk lead time
25–35 days
  • Embroidered or hand-painted faces on matched skin-tone fabric

  • Individual polybag or window-box packing for collector sale
  • Collector and fandom merchandise
  • Character licensing programmes
  • Cultural and heritage doll ranges
  • Crowdfunded and small-batch designer toys

Claw machine and arcade plush supply

Arcade plush is engineered backwards from a cost per piece and a machine that has to be able to lift it. Fill weight, seam placement and where the toy balances matter more here than the face does. We quote this line from five hundred pieces upward — and we will tell you honestly when a design cannot be made at the price you have in mind.
