Privacy policy
This site runs no analytics, sets no cookies and embeds nothing from a third party. The only personal data that reaches us is what you type into the quote form and choose to send.

What the form collects
Your email address, and whatever else you choose to fill in: name, company, phone or WhatsApp number, estimated quantity, your message and any files you attach. Only the email address is required — everything else is optional and the form works without it.
Where it goes
Straight to info@plushtoy-maker.com over an authenticated SMTP connection, and nowhere else. It is not written to a database, not pushed into a CRM, and not shared with any advertising or analytics service. The people who read it are the ones who would handle your order.
How long we keep it
Enquiries stay in the mailbox so a conversation can be picked up months later, which buyers frequently do. Ask us to delete yours and we will remove the message and its attachments and confirm when it is done.
Your artwork
Files you attach are treated as confidential. They are used to quote and to make your product, and are not shown to other customers, published, or used in our marketing without your written agreement.
Cookies and tracking
There are none. No analytics script, no advertising pixel, no session cookie, no fingerprinting. Your browser may remember your scroll position on this site — that is stored on your own device and never sent to us.
Server logs
Our host keeps standard web server logs, including IP addresses, for security and abuse prevention. We use them only to keep automated spam away from the quote form.
Your rights
Write to info@plushtoy-maker.com to ask what we hold, to have it corrected, or to have it erased. We answer within five working days.
